My name is Mo Ashraf. I am a British healthcare executive and aesthetic practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in skin, laser and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, clinic leadership and patient care in London and Dubai. My journey in aesthetics began in 1986, long before cosmetic treatments became mainstream, and over the decades I have built a reputation for careful, evidence-based care and natural-looking results.

A particular focus on skin health, laser treatments and collagen-stimulating therapies across London and Dubai.
Combining practical treatment work with senior roles in clinic management, training and clinical governance.
Founder and managing director of successful clinics in Fulham, Olympia and now Raynes Park serving Wimbledon, Kingston, New Malden and Surrey.
Responsible for quality and safety standards under both UK and UAE regulators, working alongside consultant plastic surgeons and dermatologists.
Recognised in Luxuriate Life Magazine, Waterfront Magazine and Lady Wimbledon for a science-led, regenerative approach to aesthetics.
Known for subtle, carefully planned treatment combinations — with many clients choosing to stay for long-term care and maintenance.
My interest in beauty and aesthetics began when I was still at school, fascinated by how small, thoughtful changes could transform how someone looked and felt. That curiosity led me to formal training at London College of Fashion, where I gained a diploma in beauty and developed a keen eye for detail, balance and proportion.
After graduating I began working with skin and laser technologies in London and went on to open my first clinic in Fulham, followed two years later by a second clinic in Olympia in West London. Over nearly two decades I treated a wide range of skin and ageing concerns and built a loyal client base who valued calm, unhurried appointments and results that stood the test of time.
I was later invited to Dubai to help manage and grow a leading dermatology and laser centre, and subsequently a large polyclinic. In these roles I worked closely with consultant plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nutritionists and specialist nurses, overseeing day-to-day operations as well as quality and safety frameworks.
Eventually my work brought me back to London, where I created NewLife Aesthetics in Raynes Park, SW20 — combining the standards of care found in international medical centres with the warmth, continuity and discretion of a local clinic.
At NewLife Aesthetics the philosophy is simple you should look like yourself, only fresher, more rested and more confident.
Subtle, progressive change over dramatic transformation. You should look like yourself only fresher, more rested and more confident.
Every treatment journey begins with a thorough consultation — listening to your concerns, assessing your skin and discussing your history before planning the right way forward.
Clinical evidence is continuously reviewed for every technology, product and technique used. New treatments are introduced only when safety and results are fully established.
A particular interest in radiofrequency microneedling, polynucleotides and collagen-stimulating injectables that work with your own skin to improve firmness, texture and radiance over time.
The focus is always on durable skin health rather than short-lived quick fixes — a principle highlighted across several media features and interviews.
Sometimes the best outcome is a carefully phased plan; sometimes it is an honest conversation that leads to the decision not to treat at all. Your best interests always come first.
Featured in respected publications and trusted by patients across South West London
NewLife Aesthetics and my work as an aesthetic practitioner have been featured in several respected publications. Journalists have described the clinic as a calm, discreet space in Raynes Park and have noted my early adoption of advanced laser and collagen‑stimulating treatments, as well as my commitment to subtle, confidence‑building results. Interviews and articles have explored the story behind the clinic, my focus on regenerative aesthetics and my belief that patients are best served by honest advice and carefully phased treatment plans rather than dramatic one‑off procedures.
"The amount of time Mo took to explain every option gave me complete confidence. The consultation was thorough, unhurried and entirely tailored to my skin and my concerns. I left feeling genuinely heard."
"I've been coming to NewLife Aesthetics for years. The atmosphere is calm and discreet, and the results are always natural — never overdone. Mo's honesty about what I actually need is what keeps me coming back."
"Mo tailored everything around my lifestyle and my face. The treatment plan felt completely personal, and the results have grown gradually — which is exactly what I wanted. I wouldn't go anywhere else."
The part of this work that means the most to me is seeing a patient recognise themselves again in the mirror, simply looking more rested and at ease. Sometimes that involves a small, precise injectable treatment; sometimes it is a focus on skin quality or a gradual regenerative plan; and sometimes it is an honest conversation that leads to the decision not to treat at all.
Outside the clinic I continue to study new developments in aesthetics and attend training and conferences to keep my knowledge current. I also take inspiration from art, fashion and travel — all of which quietly influence how I think about light, balance and proportion in the face.
This blend of scientific understanding and artistic judgement sits at the centre of the results we aim to achieve at NewLife Aesthetics.
If you are looking for an experienced aesthetic practitioner in Raynes Park, Wimbledon or the wider South West London area, and you would like clear, honest guidance about your options, I would be very happy to meet you at NewLife Aesthetics.
Together we can explore a treatment plan that focuses on long-term skin health, subtle enhancement and results that feel entirely like you.
